Organizational Development Director:
Design and facilitate leadership development programs; Facilitate large and small group meetings; Facilitate organizational development and change; Identify training and development needs; Analyze business needs and actual performance; Identify performance gaps and determining root causes (including skill and knowledge deficiencies) with managers and teams; Describe performance deficiencies to clients and presenting action plans to resolve them; Work on system-wide change management project teams; Strategize with leadership and organizational development professionals to implement wide-scale initiatives; Help business units identify, adopt and adapt appropriate best practices from other sectors of the organization; Advise management concerning personnel, managerial, and marketing policies and practices and their potential effects on organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology required.
